I believe: Every real estate transaction is unique, and
every real estate client has their very own needs and wants when selling or
buying real property. Does your agent listen?
I believe: There are basic principals and standards that apply to each transaction, and the real estate agent’s job is to understand and implement these standards. Can your agent explain the standards of the Real Estate industry, and how these issues can or will impact your specific transaction?
I believe: A strong knowledge and background in real estate, as well as, an education diverse in multiple studies creates an agent that is well rounded and has vision for making sound and wise investments. Can your agent see beyond the immediate transaction and do they have the 'guts' to be truthful even if it may change your mind to buy or sell?
I believe: That years of experience can not be replaced or omitted without the client paying the price. Can your agent tell the difference between a ‘trendy-concept’ or an exaggerated statement or the difference between a qualified buyer and a tire kicker?
I believe: That the clients needs always come first. Do you feel your best interest is always considered?
I believe: That you don’t have to be buying or selling today to start a relationship with your real estate agent; in fact, it is best to start before you have a need. Have you always felt you made the right choice when choosing an agent, the person paid to look out for your best interest?
If these things are important to you, then we should talk. I have spent the last 15 years working to exceed the expectations of my clients and customers, and to build lasting relationships so that the client always knows that I am here for their questions, concerns, and any of their real estate needs.
